Why are search engine backlinks so important?
You’ve just finished your latest post! What now? Are people going to come streaming to read your latest creation? No! Google have to send you this golden traffic. How? Quite simply there are 2 components to delivering good information: First is the keyword and second is determining the relevance of the information a website delivers.
How exactly this is done is a Coca Cola formula type secret, but suffice to say search engine backlinks are paramount to the algorithm.
What are search engine backlinks? Let’s give a practical example: I’m searching for a garden service. On this phrase I’ll see millions of impressions – I select one and browse the page. If it doesn’t have the info I want I go to the next page. At some point I come across a page that has information I find relevant. I link my page to this page – And there we have the mechanics of search engine backlinks. The more people linking to a site the more relevant the info should be.

• Find 5 RSS services to place the feed for, not only the post, but also the comments.
• Write a similar article, using relevant keywords, and post to article directories.
